LWFF 2019 Poster Competition

As the Little Wing community grows, we want to expand our reach across across the creative industries; wherever there’s a need for more sustainable opportunities for young people we want to find a foothold. We’re back again bringing designers in on the festival action with our second poster competition looking for students, graduates, and new designers to create the official festival poster for Little Wing Film Festival 2019.

The brief is open – we want our designers to show us their interpretation of the Little Wing ethos; a new film festival, by young people, for young people, looking to make a change in the industry through leading by example. Thanks to partners who share our vision in championing young artists, we have over £2000 of cash and prizes to give away to our top 3 designs. Not only this, but every eligible submission to the competition this year will receive a 1-month subscription to Alight Motion and 6-month subscriptions for our short-listed designs.

For more details on what prizes are up for grabs and how to enter, head here.

"I don't know if it is because this competition is not really big yet, but something makes it more friendly. The direct communication with team is really grateful and supportive. About prizes, to be honest nothing makes me more happy than getting licenses to really good software which I wouldn't be able to buy by myself." - Anastazja S

"You’ve given us creative freedom in visualizing the face of the festival which I what I value most." - Thinh D

"I think this competition has been run very smoothly and has been a wonderful opportunity for young designers everywhere...The prizes are exciting and inspire me to work in a wider range of mediums, testing and expanding my own skillset. I am extremely grateful for this." - Madeleine M
